Stephen Ministry
Stephen Ministers are lay congregation members trained to provide one-to-one care to those experiencing a difficult time in life, such as grief, divorce, job loss, chronic or terminal illness, or relocation. Stephen Ministers come from all walks of life, but they all share a passion for bringing Christ’s love and care to people during a time of need.
St. Paul is a Stephan Ministry Congregation.
St. Paul is a Stephan Ministry Congregation.
Stephen Ministers are specially trained lay caregivers who offer confidential, one-to-one Christian support to people experiencing a difficult time.
We would like to begin another training session. Because we have no male Stephen Ministers, we are especially seeking men who feel called to provide support to other men in our congregation.
If you have a compassionate heart and a desire to make a meaningful difference, Stephen Ministry may be the right place for you. So, if you feel God nudging you toward this ministry, or if you would like more information, please reach out to either Sue Keyes, Shirley Jones, or any of our active Stephen Ministers.
Please be in prayer for our Stephen Ministry program.
