9-5-2024 – Ryan stopped by for his daily visit today and we talked about the Lions and Dana.  Please keep him in prayer
9-5-2024 – The S@SP (Singles at St. Paul)  gathered tonight for discussion and fun.   We spoke about goals and how to meet them. Then we journeyed to the Thunder Bowl for a time of light hearted food and fun.   If you are single, 18-100, come join us next month for a great time.
9-5-2024 – Met with the new principal, Joshua Feldpausch, and other leaders of the Besser Elementary School today. Celebrated with them as the gifts from the people of St. Paul were given (various clothes and school supplies). Thanks to the people of St. Paul who made this blessing a reality for the children who attend Besser School. Please pray for these leaders, teachers and students as they continue throughout this academic year.
9-5-2024 – The Property Committee met last night to discuss some very important issues. Please keep these leaders in your prayers.
9-5-2024 – The 3M (Men in Motion for Ministry) gathered this morning and spoke about things the imprison us and the cost of freedom.  Thanks to Fred who joined us for the first time this morning.  Come and join the faithful conversation at JJs on Thursdays, 7:00 AM.
9-4-2024 – Congratulations to Ben & Chloe on the birth of her daughter Elaneuh Lynn.
9-4-2024 – Had a sacred visit with Arnie Kindt this morning. Great stories about the farm, hard work, children, his mother, siblings and his wife Irma.  Please keep him in your prayers.
9-4-2024 – The Breakfast Belles celebrated today. What a wonderful conversation about the proclamation of the Gospel, freedom and captivity. Women, come and join the faithful conversation on Wednesdays, 7:30 AM at JJs restaurant.
9-4-2024 – Peggy Matuzak was visiting Alpena yesterday and she stopped by St. Paul. She currently lives in Petosky. Peggy was the artist who created the stained-glass windows that are placed throughout the church.
9-1-2024 – The RACK M (Random Act of Caring/Kindness Ministry) shared our love and a gift with Steve Fletcher today in worship.  Please be in prayer for him as we celebrated his birthday.
8-31-2024 – Thanks to the Funeral Dinner Ministry Team & the Funeral Dessert Ministry Team. They are/were outstanding, compassionate and each has a servant heart to help the Kirchoff family on this holiday weekend. Please keep this vital ministry in your prayers.
8-31-2024 – Honored God and the life of Clint Kirchoff this morning.   Please be in prayer for his family and friends during this time of sorrow and remembrance.
8-30-2024 – Met with Phil Wickstrom tonight to discuss young men ministry for our congregation. Through prayer and hard work, we are starting a new ministry...calling our young men's group, "Band of Brothers."  In Proverbs 27:17 we read, "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” Our first meeting will be on the 8th of September following the worship service until 4 PM. We will carpool to Knaebe's and discuss the future of this ministry. This ministry focus is on men, 18-45 and there is no cost associated with this event. Please be in prayer for this new ministry adventure at St. Paul.
