8-28-2024 – Thanks to Paul and Lori Stephan for their monetary donation in support of our Stain glass effort at the church. They donated these funds in honor of Marilyn (Annie) Olsen and a plaque was created so we will remember.

8-28-2024 – The RACK M (Random Act of Caring/Kindness) Ministry gathered today and shared our love and some gifts with Marty Smith, Georgene Hildebrand, Connie Stafford, Carol Christo, Karen Wallace, and Jan Stafford . They shared their home and some wonderful stories about their lives. Please be in prayer for them as they celebrate their birthday with us. Thanks to these wonderful women who came with me...Joan, Cathy, Janie and Sue.

8-28-2024 – The Breakfast Belles met this morning, and we spoke about the heart of what matters. Come and join us on Wednesday mornings at JJs - 7:30 AM. A special shout out to Andrea, Sandy and Diane for coming this morning.

8-27-2024 – Boyd Byelich with the organization "One Box" received a check of $1,000 dollars given by St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church - Alpena from the proceeds of our Rummage Sale. This money will be used in support of the people in the Ukraine.  A huge shout out to Andrea Dutcher and her whole team who brought this outreach mission to fruition and to Esther Kindt who identified this worthy organization.

8-25-2024 –It was a Fun time at the Fireside Chat tonight. Great people, wonderful stories and laughter filled the air. This was a celebration of community. Thanks to everyone who participated.

8-25-2024 – Akoli and Joyce Mbilinyi worshipped with us for the past four Sundays and they shared that this would be the last Sunday to worship with us at St. Paul.   They came forward and offered a blessing on us.  I pray you took time to share with them your story and listened as they shared their own. Please keep these servant leaders from Tanzania in your prayers as they travel home.  I presented them a coin to celebrate their presence among us.

8-25-2024 – Jaxson Moll was baptized today.   We celebrate with his parents Justin and Bella, and their whole family on this very special day.   Please keep them all in your prayers.

8-23-2024 – The Dynamic Duo ministry went to the Thunder Bay Winery for a wine tasting event.  What a wonderful ministry celebration, sharing life, stories and laughter

8-23-2024 – Ryan Stopped by today.  Ryan shared that the Tigers need more wins to make the playoffs.  We celebrated his weight loss (about 20 pounds) and the hope of attending a Lion's football game.  Please keep him in prayer.

8-23-2024 – Thanks to Dennis and Jimmy for their efforts in hanging the stain glass picture in our dining room area.  This work of art was created by Chris Lozen.
