7/12/2023 - The agencies that received a meal from the Gratitude Lunch Ministry Team celebrated this gift.  One owner said, "What is this all about?"   The answer is/was, "To say thank you for your ministry in the community!"   I thank God for our Gratitude Lunch Ministry Team.

7/12/2023 - A huge shout out to Dennis McDonald and Jimmy Nensewitz for their efforts with the garbage disposal. Today the Garbage Disposal on the double sink in the kitchen stopped working. Upon investigation from Dennis and Jimmy found out the circuit breaker was tripped and was easy to reset. Well done...

7/12/2023 - The Gratitude Lunches team visited four agencies this month and our time in our community was a blessing.  We visited with Olivet bookstore, Parallel books, My Glass Wings and Dr. Currier's office.   We thank God for each agency that is making a difference in our community.
7/11/2023 - It is not a ray gun; an instrument to check how fast you are moving or a camera.  It is a diffuser and it is mounted at the top of the stairs near Miss Nena' office.  The diffuser was mounted by Jimmy and Dennis yesterday to help the building have a more pleasant aroma.   Please thank them for their servant leadership.

7/87/2023 - The fire inspector came today to look at our building to see if we could host the head start program here for the 2023/2024 school year.  Our building looked good and yet some modifications would need to be made.   The selection process will take place at the end of July.  Please be in prayer about this significant opportunity.

7/6/2023 - The S@SP (Singles at St. Paul) had so much fun tonight.  We spoke about the spiritual direction, the 1960s, horror movies, & favorite songs.   The pizza and cheesy bread were also amazing.  Come and join the faithful conversation.

7/6/2023 - Had a wonderful home visit with Jane Guyott and her family today.  Jane was a principal at various schools in Alpena, assistant to the superintendent of schools and she ran the Head Start program in various counties in Michigan.  What an amazing life of service.   Please keep this wonderful servant leader in your prayers.

7/6/2023 - What a day of celebration.   Joanne and I represented the church as we met with Ellie Kindt from HPC Credit Union, who presented us with a check for placing first in the 4th of July parade.   Thank you to everyone who helped bring this to fruition.
