12/21/2023 – The 3M (Men in Motion for Ministry) gathered this morning, and we discussed being a servant of God. We welcomed Pastor Zach this morning to our group.  Come and join the faithful conversation.
12/21/2023 – Janet Freeman stopped by today to discuss the Lessons and Carols service scheduled for News Years Eve Day (Dec 31st at 9:00 AM).   Janet volunteered again this year to lead this worship service.  Please speak with her if you are willing to help in this time of celebration.
12/20/2023 – Ryan stopped by for his daily visit.   Please keep him in your prayers.
12/20/2023 – Joanne, Linda, Jane, Mariette, Val, Ann, Sue, Shirley, Janie, Mollie, Karen, Mary, and Margaret all received their certificates of celebration today. Thanks to all who participated for sharing your life with us during our time together. We are richer for it.
12/20/2023 – Our Advent bible Study today on 3rd John was a time of inspiration, sharing and laughter. May you find joy today in your faith journey.
12/20/2023 – Our Advent Worship Service celebrated the God of Love who brings joy to us in this time of preparation.
12/20/2023 – The Advent Meal was a celebration of food, fellowship and memories. Thanks to all who prepared the meal and those who had the privilege to partake in this special meal.
12/20/2023 – Joan is offering her time and talent at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church - Alpena on Wednesdays. Please pray for her and celebrate her service.

12/19/2023 – Thanks to Jimmy, Dennis and Scott for placing the plaque on the Advent wreath stand today. Eugene completed the work in the fall of this year.
12/19/2023 – The Soul Sisters visited Turning Brook today and shared with them a smile, a moment and a Christmas card. I hope the familiar faces of Bunny, Dana and Elaine will bring a special memory. Please keep all the residents in nursing facilities in your prayers.

12/15/2023 – Photos from this month’s Adventure Club: Caroling. What a joyful expression to experience God’s love being proclaimed in song. A huge thanks to everyone who joined us this evening.
12/15/2023 - We celebrate the 3rd Sunday of Advent.  Ava and Carla came forward and lit the 3rd candle.
12/15/2023 - Was invited to a Christmas celebration at Anschuetz Chevrolet today.  The patron saint of Children was there.  Shared a message about Saint Nicholas (Santa Claus) and how he saw the needs of his community and made a difference.   Learn from his example and love God and the people in your community.   Thanks to Jamie, Bruce and Tami for the invitation to this wonderful event.

12/15/2023 - Felix stopped by with his parents to talk about Baptism. Felix's plan is to be baptized on the 13th of January. Please keep Felix, Justin, and Ashley in your prayers as they prepare for this joyful celebration.
