Dinner on a Doorknob spent a wonderful morning in the kitchen with laughter and celebration as they prepared meals deliver in our community.  Thank you to all who prepared the meals, made phone calls, and delivered the meals.

Visited with the leadership of the Alpena Senior Center today. Andrea Dutcher and I presented them a with a check for $1500.00 to help with the "Meals on Wheels," program. These monies were raised during the Harvest Dinner and given in and through the cooperation with our Trust Fund. A huge shout out to Donna Kensa for her passion, compassion and leadership. Please keep the Senior Center in your prayers as they offer support within our community.

St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church - Alpena reached out to the Salvation Army with a check for $500.00 to offer support to this worthy organization. Andrea Dutcher helped in this celebration. A huge shout out to our Trust Committee for making this possible.

A special thank you to the Harvest Dinner Ministry Team for their efforts in this gift of $1,000.00. Andrea and I presented this check to Wayne Trapp and his team in celebration of their efforts to bring gifts to children with the Toys for Kids program. Please be in prayer for this organization as they bring hope to Alpena.

Finnley has been busy painting the lamb for the Christmas parade float. He would like to ride on the float, and wonders if anyone wants to join him. Reminder- Float meeting/crafting at 6pm Monday, 11/18/24.

The 3M (Men in Motion for Ministry) gathered this morning for breakfast at JJs. We spoke about what to watch for and how to live a faithful life. We welcomed Rob and Tom (Not in the picture) this morning. Please pray for these men and come and join the faithful conversation on Thursday mornings.
