11/10/2023 – Celebrated with Meaghan Black, the Principal of Ella White, as I presented them with the gifts from our congregation to help the children attending there.  A huge shout out to the people of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church - Alpena who are making a faithful difference in our schools.
11/10/2023 – I was invited to various Veterans Day events and I accepted the invitation from Cameron McDonald, who attends Ella White School.  I visited Cameron's Classroom, met up with Sage and met their teacher.  I celebrated with a variety of Veterans and the people they were connected with on this very special day.   Please keep our veterans in prayer each day.

11/9/2023 – the 3M (Men in Motion for Ministry) gathered this morning to speak about being ready for deer hunting.  We spoke about compasses, preparing the space, scouting, lights, waking up and the spirit of the experience.   Come and join the faithful conversation on Thursday mornings at JJs.
11/8/2023 – The Choir gathered tonight to celebrate the promises of God in song.   Come and join the faithful chorus on Wednesday Evenings.
11/8/2023 – The movie night was a celebration today.  We watched "God's Not Dead."   If you would were unable to make movie night and would like to watch the movie, please stop by the church and take it home and watch it at your convenience.
11/8/2023 – A special thank you to Sandra Christopherson for her gift.   Sandra served alongside her husband for 20 years and I thank her and all military members, spouses and children for their various sacrifices in support of freedom.  Please keep our veterans in prayer.
11/8/2023 – Bodo had a chum make these angels and crosses for kids in our Children's church ministry program.

11/7/2023 – The Education Ministry Committee met this evening to discuss educational opportunities that will enhance the ministry at St. Paul.   Please keep these leaders in your prayers. Lucy joined us she (puppy) and already learned how to be cute.
11/7/2023 – Ryan stopped by for his daily visit.   Tomorrow is his birthday.   In honor of his this special day, Cheryl Rosbeck knitted him some mittens and socks.   Please reach out and wish him a happy 46th birthday.

11/7/2023 – Celebrated with Michael and Scott today at Mangos.   Great opportunity to share a meal and faithful stories.
11/7/2023 – Visited the Cancer Center today with council members Scott Brooks and Michael Lewandowski.   Thanks to all the people who contributed to this outreach ministry expression and to Ann Diamond and her team at the hospital.  Please keep all the people dealing with Cancer in your prayers.
